Job Summary
THN islooking fora Graphic Designer and Digital Marketing Assistant tosupport the Marketing Managerin executing cohesive brand, communication, and digital marketing initiatives across platforms and events.
This role will contribute to shaping THN'svisual identityand ensuring consistency across all printed and digital touchpoints, includingwebsite content, email campaigns, social media, and event materials.
The ideal candidate will support content creation, campaign coordination, digital marketing execution, and UI/UX tasks, contributing to audience engagement and strengthening THN's presence within the GCC hospitality space.
Key Responsibilities
- Design visual assets for digital and print platforms, including social media graphics, email campaigns, event materials, presentations, and website or landing page sections, with attention to layout, hierarchy, and user experience principles.
- Support the Marketing Manager in executing marketing strategies, campaign rollouts, and daily communications initiatives.
- Create engaging content layouts and visuals to promote THN events, training programs, and brand initiatives across LinkedIn, Instagram, and website platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to produce high quality design materials for events and conferences.
- Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all visual outputs, both digital and print.
- Coordinate the production of marketing materials with printers, venues, and suppliers when needed.
- Utilize tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Canva, and basic video editing tools to create multimedia content.
- Monitor digital engagement and suggest improvements in content and design to increase reach and impact.
- Revise design assets based on feedback, evolving campaign needs, and performance insights.
- Manage and update project trackers, task management tools, and generate regular reports to support campaign execution and team coordination.
- Support UI/UX design tasks such as wireframing simple layouts, improving visual flow, and designing clear, user friendly sections for websites, emails, and digital touchpoints.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices relevant to B2B and hospitality industries.
- Support digital and social media campaigns by managing content calendars, assisting with execution, and tracking basic performance to improve engagement and reach.
Qualifications
- Creative communicator with strong visual and written storytelling skills.
- Proven experience in graphic design and digital marketing, including creating content for websites, social media, and campaigns.
- A strong portfolio of visual work, including illustrations, layouts, and brand materials.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and basic video editing software.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, content scheduling, and digital marketing tools.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and detail, with the ability to produce high-quality, brand-aligned visuals.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines, track tasks, and support team coordination.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with task management platforms and content/report tracking is a plus.
- Clear understanding of UI/UX principles such as visual hierarchy, spacing, user flow, and clarity in digital layouts.
- Ability to explain design decisions based on usability and communication goals.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts such as audience engagement, campaign objectives, and performance metrics.
- Interest in growing digital marketing skills alongside design capabilities.
