Job Overview

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to create impactful designs that support branding, campaigns, and client projects across diverse industries such as F&B, retail, and beyond. This position offers an excellent opportunity to refine your design skills, gain real-world experience, and grow within a fast-paced environment.

Core Responsibilities

Develop and execute creative concepts, layouts, and designs aligned with brand identity and campaign objectives.

Design marketing materials including social media posts, digital ads, brochures, presentations, and event collaterals.

Collaborate with the marketing team to translate ideas into visually compelling deliverables.

Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across platforms and clients.

Prepare and optimize artwork for print, digital, and web use.

Support video and motion graphics projects with visual elements or storyboards when needed.

Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance creative output.

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and attention to detail.

Participate in brainstorming sessions, providing creative input and design recommendations.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

02 years of relevant experience in graphic design.

Bilingual: strong command of English and Arabic (written and verbal).

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

Ability to create 3D models and visualizations to support design projects.

Strong eye for detail, creativity, and visual storytelling.

Ability to develop and adapt design concepts for various platforms (social media, digital, print, etc.).

Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines under pressure.

A fast learner who is adaptable, resourceful, and eager to grow.

Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
