With a strong commitment to quality, innovation, and excellence, we are now expanding our footprint into international markets by introducing new export operations to serve global partners and distributors.

Position Overview: The Graphic Designer will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of the company's chocolate products and brand presence across packaging, Chocolate boxes, and digital media. This role combines creative design expertise with an understanding of the food and chocolate industry, ensuring that all visual outputs align with brand strategy, quality standards, and market trends. The designer will collaborate closely with the Operations, Marketing, and Sales departments to develop packaging designs, product visuals, promotional campaigns, and digital marketing materials that reflect the premium quality and identity of the brand.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Packaging & Product Design Design chocolate boxes, kilo packaging, and labeling that align with product specifications, production capabilities, and brand aesthetics. Collaborate with production and printing vendors to ensure color accuracy, material quality, and cost-effective printing solutions. Develop mockups and prototypes for new product packaging lines.

Ensure packaging designs meet regulatory and food labeling standards (ingredients, expiry dates, nutritional facts, etc.).

2. Brand Identity & Marketing Collateral Maintain and enhance the company's visual brand identity across all materials. Design marketing and promotional materials such as brochures, product catalogs, point-of-sale displays, and event branding. Create visual guidelines and templates to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

3. Digital & Social Media Design Develop digital campaigns, social media posts, website visuals, and online advertisements. Collaborate with the marketing team to translate campaign concepts into visually compelling assets. Support photography and video content creation for social media and e-commerce platforms.

4. Cross-Departmental Collaboration Work closely with the Operations team to ensure packaging designs are feasible for production and align with supply chain specifications. Coordinate with Sales and Business Development to design custom packaging for B2B clients (e.g., private label or corporate gifts). Support the R&D team with product presentation designs for new product launches or prototypes

Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.

35 years of experience as a Graphic Designer in the food, FMCG, or confectionery sector (chocolate industry preferred).

Strong portfolio showcasing packaging design and digital marketing work.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and mockup tools.

Familiarity with printing processes, color management, and packaging materials.

Knowledge of branding principles and food industry regulations for packaging and labeling.

Experience working with cross-functional teams (marketing, production, sales).

Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work under deadlines.

Basic knowledge of photography, motion graphics, or 3D visualization is a plus
