Position Overview

The Junior Graphic Designer will support the creative team in developing visual materials for events, productions, and client campaigns. This role is ideal for a creative and detail-oriented individual eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will work closely with senior designers and account managers to bring concepts to life across print and digital formats.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing visual assets for events, branding, stage backdrops, activations, and marketing campaigns.
• Create digital and print materials such as social media posts, invitations, banners, brochures, and presentation decks.
• Prepare production-ready files for printing, fabrication, and digital publishing.
• Work under the guidance of senior designers to ensure creative consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to enhance creative output.
• Organize and maintain design files, assets, and resources.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1 year of design experience, preferably in events, marketing, or production industries (internships count).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects is a plus).
• Understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
• Basic knowledge of preparing files for print and digital use.
• Ability to follow creative direction and adapt to feedback.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
