Graphic Designer

Key Job Responsibilities

Develop innovative design concepts for various marketing collaterals, including print materials, digital

assets, social media graphics, and presentations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand

project requirements and deliver visually appealing solutions.

Ensure strict brand consistency across all design elements.

Adhere meticulously to brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive visual identity throughout all materials.

Efficiently manage multiple design projects concurrently, meeting project deadlines and maintaining

transparent communication regarding progress.

Translate intricate concepts into clear and compelling visual content, crafting layouts, graphics, and

illustrations that resonate with the target audience.

Demonstrate proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Additionally, familiarity with motion graphics and video editing tools is advantageous.

Collaborate seamlessly with UX/UI designers to develop user-friendly interfaces. Understand user behavior

and integrate design elements that optimize usability.

Produce print-ready materials (including brochures, posters, and business cards) and digital assets (such as

web banners and social media visuals), tailoring designs for various platforms and devices.

Remain abreast of design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies, applying this

knowledge to continuously elevate our design standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Degree in Design, Fine Arts, and other related fields.

Proven graphic designing experience of at least 3-4 years.

A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics both still and dynamic.

Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, After Effect, Dreamweaver,

Photoshop)

Being Bilingual (English and Arabic) is an added advantage.
