We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with experience in the packaged food industry to join our creative team. This individual will play a key role in designing impactful packaging that reflects our brand identity and resonates with our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Package Design: Create innovative and functional packaging designs, ensuring they are visually appealing, brand-compliant, and optimized for market impact.
- Keylines and Dielines: Develop and manage keylines and dielines for food packaging to ensure accuracy and consistency across production.
- Brand Alignment: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
- Production-Ready Artworks: Prepare production-ready files, ensuring technical accuracy and adherence to print specifications.
- Trends and Compliance: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor packaging designs, and packaging regulations related to the food industry.
- Collaboration: Work with printers, manufacturers, and other vendors to oversee print production quality.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably in the packaged food or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
- Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design tools.
- Keyline Knowledge: Demonstrated expertise in creating and working with packaging keylines and dielines.
- Attention to Detail: Strong eye for detail, ensuring designs meet technical and aesthetic requirements.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Creativity: A strong portfolio showcasing innovative and impactful packaging designs for food products is required.
Preferred Qualifications
