We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content that supports property marketing, branding, and digital campaigns. This role requires strong design skills, creativity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced real estate environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design marketing materials for real estate projects (brochures, flyers, banners, social media posts)
- Create property listings visuals and promotional campaigns
- Develop branding elements for projects and campaigns
- Design digital ads for platforms (Google, Meta, etc.)
- Edit images and enhance property photos
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams
- Maintain brand consistency across all designs
- Prepare print-ready files for production
- Create presentations (Pitch Decks / Company Profiles)
- Support video team with thumbnails and simple motion graphics (if required)
Requirements
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Basic knowledge of:
- Adobe After Effects / Premiere (Plus)
- Strong understanding of:
- Branding
- Layout & Typography
- Color theory
- Experience in social media design
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in real estate marketing (preferred)
- Experience with property portals or listings
- Knowledge of UAE market is a plus
