Mid-Weight Designer

I'm working with a well-established creative agency in Dubai that partners with some of the region's most exciting real estate and luxury hospitality brands. They're looking to bring in a Mid-Weight Designer who can deliver high-quality, conceptual work across a range of premium projects.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working on high-end brands and wants to be part of a collaborative, fast-paced agency environment.
The Role
- Work across a mix of branding, campaigns, and day-to-day creative for real estate and luxury hospitality clients
- Take projects from concept through to execution, ensuring strong attention to detail throughout
- Collaborate closely with creative directors, account teams, and other designers
- Translate client briefs into strong visual ideas and polished creative output
- Work across both digital and print deliverables (social, campaigns, brochures, presentations, etc.)
- Ensure all work is aligned to brand guidelines while still pushing creative where appropriate
What They're Looking For
- 3-5 years experience within a creative or branding agency
- Strong portfolio showcasing work across real estate and/or luxury hospitality brands
- Solid conceptual thinking alongside strong execution skills
- Proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Experience working on high-end, premium brands with a strong eye for detail and aesthetics
- Comfortable being client-facing when needed and presenting ideas
Nice to Have
- Motion or basic animation skills
- Experience working on large-scale developments, property launches, or hotel brands
- Understanding of the regional market
