Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team, with a focus on custom apparel design and customer interaction. In this hybrid role, you will not only create high-quality, print-ready artwork but also engage directly with customers to understand their design needs, answer inquiries, and provide creative support throughout the ordering process.
This role is ideal for someone who is both creatively driven and customer-focused, with a strong understanding of apparel printing requirements and a passion for delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage incoming customer orders in real-time.
- Assign orders to the most suitable vendor based on product type, printing capabilities, location, and turnaround time.
- Determine the most appropriate printing method for each order, including DTF, DTG, and Silk Screen printing.
- Oversee the artwork proofing and approval process to ensure production quality standards.
- Maintain quality control throughout the production cycle and address any issues that arise.
- Maintain accurate records of order assignments and vendor performance.
Requirements
- Experience in apparel printing (DTG, screen printing, embroidery, etc.) is a plus.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is a must.
- Strong background in design in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.
- Proven track record of successfully managing design projects and leading teams to achieve goals and KPIs.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders and design tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with order management systems and vendor coordination.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams.
- Flexibility in working schedule.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
