Graphic Designer

Sphere recruitment are working with flagship real estate brand who have been developing in the region for over 20 years. We're looking for a Graphic Designer who can translate ambitious ideas into high-impact visuals across brand, digital, and print. The role will report directly into the Head of Marketing and offers and excellent opportunity to progress withing a period of growth in the business.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Create on-brand assets for campaigns across social, web, email, OOH, print, presentations, sales kits, and site signage.
• Develop and maintain visual identities for masterbrands and sub-brands, ensuring consistency across touchpoints.
• Design brochures, floor plan sheets, project lookbooks, hoardings, launch materials, event collateral, and wayfinding.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, development, and 3D/CGI teams to align visuals with project narratives and render outputs.
• Adapt creative for performance channels and localization; prepare press-ready files and production specs.
• Manage multiple briefs and timelines in a fast-paced, launch-driven environment; uphold QA standards from concept to final delivery.

Skills & Experience:

• 3–5+ years of design experience, ideally in real estate, property marketing, hospitality, or agency environments.
• Portfolio showcasing brand systems, campaign rollouts, premium print, and digital/social storytelling.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); bonus: After Effects/Premiere, Figma.
• Strong typographic craft, layout precision, color management, and pre-press knowledge.
• Comfortable interpreting master plans, floor plans, and 3D renders to create compelling buyer-facing visuals.
• Detail-driven, organized, and able to manage stakeholders and deadlines.
