Job Description:
Visual content & design execution
• Design engaging graphics for social media, presentations, website, and marketing materials.
• Create professional infographics and visual assets tailored to diverse industries and service lines.
• Design website blog-post cover images and on-page content visuals.
• Design company profiles, service one-pagers, brochures, and business-development proposal / pitch decks.
• Produce employer-branding and recruitment / EOR campaign creatives, plus internal and HR communication visuals.
LinkedIn, email & B2B digital content
• Develop and adapt visual content for LinkedIn and other professional platforms — the primary B2B channel.
• Design LinkedIn newsletter illustrations and creatives.
• Design email campaign graphics and layouts (headers, banners, templates, and supporting visuals).
• Create digital campaign creatives from awareness through lead generation, including variations for testing when needed.
Research-led design
• Understand the content type and idea behind each request, then create a design that is genuinely relevant to it
— not just visually finished.
• Research and apply each destination platform's technical criteria before delivering: correct file format, ideal dimensions / aspect ratio, and resolution for where the asset will be published.
• Take ownership of getting specifications right so assets render correctly on their target platform, without repeated rework.
AI-assisted design
• Understand and stay current with recent AI design and video tools, and actively use them to produce better work faster.
• Apply AI tools appropriately across the workflow (ideation, drafting, asset generation, editing, and short-form motion) while maintaining brand quality and consistency.
Light motion & short-form video
• Produce short-form motion graphics and simple animations — typically 1–3 minute social videos / reels — as a regular part of the role.
• This is a required capability, scoped to social-ready motion rather than heavy or broadcast-level production.
Brand consistency
• Apply and safeguard brand colours, typography, and layout structure across all outputs.
• Proactively identify and correct visual inconsistencies; keep the style coherent across posts and campaigns.
Collaboration & workflow
• Work closely with the Marketing and Business Development teams to turn concepts and briefs into impactful designs.
• Coordinate day-to-day with the Digital Marketing Supervisor on priorities and scheduling.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines without compromising quality; raise timeline or resourcing risks early.
Continuous improvement & production discipline
• Stay current with design, motion, AI, and social-media trends to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Maintain organised files, correct export formats and sizes, and proper version control.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Media, Fine / Applied Arts, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional design experience (agency or in-house).
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse work — infographics, digital / social, branding, and some short-form motion / video.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), plus working ability in After Effects and / or Premiere Pro for short-form motion.
• Practical proficiency with current AI design / video tools (e.g., Firefly, Midjourney, Veo, or equivalent) and the judgment to apply them effectively.
• Ability to research briefs and platform requirements independently — interpreting content intent and sourcing the correct format, sizing, and resolution per platform.
• Comfortable designing in both Arabic and English (bilingual typography and layout).
• Experience creating LinkedIn, email, and digital campaign designs (preferred).
• Ability to adapt design styles across different industries.
• Excellent multitasking, time management, and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred
• B2B, HR / recruitment, or professional-services design experience is a strong advantage; otherwise, a demonstrated ability to design in a professional, corporate tone suitable for a B2B audience.
