Role Description

This is a full-time, office-based role responsible for creating engaging and high-quality visual content for the company's brands across social media, digital campaigns, and marketing channels, while ensuring consistency with brand identity and communication guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative designs for social media, digital campaigns, and marketing materials.
• Create visual concepts that align with brand identity and communication guidelines.
• Design content for product launches, promotions, campaigns, and events.
• Work closely with the Marketing and Content teams to develop creative concepts and campaign assets.
• Adapt designs across different platforms and formats while maintaining brand consistency.
• Contribute fresh creative ideas and stay updated on the latest design and visual trends.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality designs within deadlines.
• Support the development and maintenance of brand guidelines and visual assets.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within FMCG, Personal Care, Cosmetics, Retail, or a similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Basic to intermediate video editing skills using tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar software.
• Ability to create and edit both static and video content for social media and digital platforms.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for creative content creation and enhancement.
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, color, composition, and visual communication.
• Experience creating content for social media and digital platforms.
• Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
