We are seeking a Graphic Designer. The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, digital marketing, and real estate promotional design.
This role requires a creative professional who can develop visually compelling designs across multiple platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, brochures, and advertising materials, while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and design materials for digital and print marketing campaigns
- Create engaging social media graphics, real estate promotional materials, brochures, and advertisements
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams on campaign development
- Stay updated with design trends, technology, and industry best practices
- Support and guide junior designers when required
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- 7+ years of professional experience in graphic design
- Experience working on real estate, property development, or related marketing projects preferred
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience with motion graphics, 2D animation, or video editing is an advantage
- Strong visual storytelling, typography, and conceptual design skills
- A strong portfolio demonstrating relevant design work
