Job Summary:
A passionate and detail-driven Graphic Designer who brings ideas to life through visually compelling work across print and digital platforms. This role supports Art Directors and Creative Leads while also taking ownership of design execution, ensuring every output meets high creative standards. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, they are able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail. Driven by curiosity and craft, they continuously evolve their skillset, stay attuned to emerging design trends and technologies, and consistently push beyond the brief to deliver thoughtful, memorable work.
Responsibilities:
- Execute multiple design-led briefs independently, demonstrating strong creative judgment and attention to detail.
- Manage and adhere to project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of all design outputs.
- Provide consistent support to the senior creative team across various projects.
- Ensure all design requirements are executed effectively, maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Interpret and follow conceptual briefs from senior creatives, while proactively adding creative value.
- Deliver innovative and high-quality design solutions that meet both creative and business objectives.
Skills & Experience:
- Degree or diploma in Design or a related discipline.
- 2–3 years of relevant design experience.
- Strong understanding of integrated design and multi-channel execution.
- Solid foundation in visual design principles, including layout, typography, and branding.
- Familiarity with both print and digital design.
- Working knowledge of marketing and communication design requirements.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Confident, proactive, and able to work both independently and within a team.
