To support the corporate communications function by producing high-quality visual materials that align with Xenel Group's brand identity and communication strategy. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for developing creative assets for internal and external use, including executive presentations, digital content, publications, and event branding, while ensuring consistency and visual excellence across all channels.
Creative Design & Visual Content Development
- Design high-quality multi-media visual content for presentations, reports, proposals, and internal communication campaigns.
- Create visuals for digital and print use: banners, brochures, infographics, signage, business cards, social media graphics, and more.
- Support executive messaging with tailored presentation decks (PowerPoint / Keynote) for board, strategy, and media events.
- Ensure all materials align with the Xenel brand identity and corporate tone.
- Design collateral for company events, forums, and Xenel activities.
- Coordinate with photographers/videographers to develop assets for internal documentation or media release
Brand Management
- Maintain and update brand guidelines across all touchpoints.
- Ensure consistency of design standards across Xenel Group.
- Provide design review and approval support for teams requesting branded materials.
Archiving & File Management
- Organize and archive all design materials for easy access and version control.
- Maintain a library of templates, icons, brand assets, and approved media files.
- Track usage of logo and branding assets to avoid unauthorized use.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field
- Certification in Adobe Creative Suite or Motion Graphics is a plus
- 1-3 years of professional design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design range
- Experience in corporate, agency, or luxury/family office environments preferred
- Bilingual (Arabic/English) design capability is a strong advantage
