Scope of the Role

Responsible for developing and delivering high-quality visual content that reflects YBA Architects brand identity across digital and print platforms. The role involves creating compelling graphic materials for corporate communications, social media, presentations, marketing campaigns, recruitment, events, and project-related content while ensuring consistency, creativity, and strong visual communication.

Graphic Design

• Develop creative visual concepts and graphic designs aligned with YBA's brand identity and communication objectives.
• Design social media posts, campaigns, announcements, recruitment materials, and digital content.
• Create corporate presentations, company profiles, brochures, portfolios, proposals, and marketing materials.
• Develop visual content for project presentations, competitions, events, and internal communications.
• Create layouts, infographics, diagrams, and visual storytelling materials to communicate complex information clearly.
• Prepare artwork and files for both digital and print production.
• Ensure consistency in typography, color, imagery, layout, and overall visual identity across all communication materials.
• Collaborate with the HR, Marketing, Business Development, and Design teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective visual solutions.
• Support the development and maintenance of YBA's visual identity and brand guidelines.
• Adapt designs into different formats and platforms while maintaining visual consistency.
• Edit and enhance images, photographs, and other visual assets when required.
• Manage multiple design requests simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated on current graphic design trends, visual communication techniques, and emerging creative tools.
• Utilize AI-powered design and productivity tools to enhance creative output and workflow efficiency.

Job Competences

• Strong creative and conceptual thinking with excellent visual communication skills.
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Excellent proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro is an advantage.
• Strong skills in presentation design and visual storytelling.
• Ability to create engaging social media and digital content.
• Strong image editing and photo manipulation skills.
• Ability to develop creative concepts from brief to final artwork.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong sense of visual consistency.
• Ability to work within established brand guidelines while bringing creative ideas to the table.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with AI-powered design and creative tools is an advantage.
• Knowledge of architecture, interior design, real estate, or the built environment is a strong advantage.

Professional Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in graphic design, preferably within an architectural, engineering, real estate, design, or creative environment.
• Proven experience in developing corporate, digital, social media, and marketing materials.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, visual communication, branding, and design execution.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience in presentation design, company profiles, brochures, proposals, and corporate communications.
• Experience creating social media content and digital campaigns is required.
• Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or animation is an advantage.
• Experience working with architecture, interior design, or construction-related content is preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
