JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS (Duties include but are not limited to )
Brand Leadership & Governance
- Safeguard and continuously enhance Napco National's corporate brand identity across all entities and business units
- Develop and enforce brand guidelines, templates, and visual standards across print, digital, and physical environments
- Ensure consistency of visual language across all communications including employer branding
Strategic Communication Design
- Contribute to creative concepts aligned with business objectives by participating in campaign ideation and corporate initiatives
- Translate corporate strategy and CSR initiatives into high-impact visual storytelling
- Design executive-level presentations for leadership
- Develop visual assets that reinforce Napco's positioning as a regional industrial leader and circular economy pioneer
Digital & Engagement Excellence
- Lead creative direction for corporate social media, internal platforms, and employer branding campaigns
- Develop motion graphics, short-form video assets, and interactive visuals where relevant
- Ensure digital-first design thinking, optimized for performance and engagement
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize high-impact deliverables in a fastpaced environment Operational Discipline
- Manage design timelines aligned with corporate priorities and major business milestones
- Maintain organized asset libraries and version control systems
- Review all materials for quality, accuracy, and brand alignment prior to release
