About the Role
A GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) Trainee supports the organization in maintaining effective risk management practices and ensuring compliance with policies, regulations, and standards. The role involves assisting in risk assessments, audits, documentation, and promoting a culture of accountability and compliance across the business.
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and monitoring of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks and policies.
- Assist in identifying, assessing, and documenting organizational risks.
- Help maintain risk registers, controls documentation, and compliance records.
- Participate in internal audits and compliance reviews.
- Monitor regulatory requirements and support adherence to relevant laws and standards.
- Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and documentation for management.
- Support incident tracking, risk mitigation actions, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure compliance awareness and best practices.
- Contribute to the development of policies, procedures, and training materials.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
- Able to use Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
Tamheer Requirements
- To be a Saudi citizen.
- To be registered on the website of the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF).
- The job seeker should not have been registered for any job during the previous six months.
- He / She should not be currently employed in any job in the public or private sector.
