GRC Manager

Sudair Pharmaceutical company is looking for a GRC Manager in Riyadh city.

Job Summary:

The GRC Manager is responsible for leading and executing the organization's governance, risk, and compliance activities.

The role combines hands-on implementation with oversight responsibilities to ensure effective internal controls, regulatory compliance, and risk management practices across the organization.

The position plays a key role in establishing GRC foundations, supporting departments in implementation, and ensuring continuous monitoring and improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement corporate governance frameworks, policies, and procedures
• Maintain governance documents (policies, charters, delegation of authority)
• Develop risk mitigation plans in coordination with business units
• Follow up on risk mitigation actions and ensure timely closure
• Conduct compliance reviews and internal assessments
• Monitor effectiveness of controls across departments
• Conduct or support investigations into compliance issues

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in the same or a related field in Governance, Risk, Compliance.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry (preferred)
• Experience working in a listed company.
