Job Description

We are seeking a proactive GRO/Admin Coordinator to provide day-to-day administrative and HR support, ensuring smooth operations and full compliance with UAE labour and immigration regulations. This role is offered on a temporary basis for one year, with the possibility of extension based on business requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support, including documentation, filing, and coordination
  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Renew, update, and maintain employee and dependent visas, labour cards, and labour contracts in a timely manner, ensuring company records remain up to date with Labour and Immigration authorities
  • Provide support and assistance to new and existing employees regarding HR and administrative requirements
  • Renew, update, and maintain trade licenses and other government certificates for all company legal entities in the UAE, ensuring validity and compliance
  • Prepare accurate documentation in line with the requirements of relevant legal and government authorities.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and security of company and employee records at all times
  • Assist in preparing HR reports, official letters, and internal communications
  • Coordinate with PROs and government authorities for visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and status changes
  • Assist with employment visas, labour cards, Emirates ID processing, medical examinations, and related documentation
  • Prepare and maintain government-related documentation in compliance with UAE regulations
  • Support HR in ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal company policies

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
  • 12 years of experience in an HR and/or administrative role within the UAE
  • Good understanding of UAE visa processes and PRO-related activities
  • Familiarity with UAE Labour Law
  • Arabic Typing Skills required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
