Group Chief Financial Officer - Food Production Sector

Reporting directly to a Supervisory Committee / Delegate of the Board, the Group CFO will be a key member of the Executive Leadership Team.

This role is responsible for:

Driving group-level financial strategy and planning

Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis

Leading cost control, accounting, and compliance

Managing cash flow, tax optimization, and financial risk

Partnering with operations, supply chain, procurement, and commercial teams to ensure end-to-end financial efficiency

Building and leading high-performing finance teams across multiple countries

Leading digital transformation in finance (ERP, BI, analytics platforms)

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting or similar

CPA, CMA, CFA, ACCA (preferred)

10years in senior finance leadership, including multi-country or regional oversight

Strong track record in industrial or FMCG sectors

Familiarity with family-owned business environments and ability to implement corporate financial governance

Experience with ERP/BI tools like SAP, Microsoft AX, Power BI

Bonus Points For:

Arabic language skills

Knowledge of Islamic financing models

Strong understanding of tax optimization and transfer pricing
