Role Purpose: to deliver high-quality group exercise classes that motivate members, enhance engagement, and promote health and wellness. The GX Trainer plays a key role in representing the company. Sports brand through energetic, safe, and professional class instruction.
KEY ACCOUNT ABILITIES & ACTIVITIES
Class Delivery & EngagementPromote consistency in music, flow, and choreography as per brand guidelines.Encourage member participation and maintain a positive atmosphere.Member Experience & RetentionFoster member relationships to enhance loyalty and retention.Collect feedback and implement improvements to class experience.Support branch events and campaigns that promote fitness engagement.Professional Development & ComplianceMaintain valid fitness certifications and required licenses.Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene policies during all classes.Participate in internal workshops and performance evaluations. Conduct group classes according to the branch schedule and company standards.Ensure classes are motivating, inclusive, and suitable for all fitness levels.
REQUIREMENTS FOR ROLE
Experience & qualifications· Certified Group Exercise Instructor (ACE, AFAA, Les Mills, or equivalent).· Minimum 2 years of group fitness instruction experience.· Excellent communication and motivational skills.· Strong knowledge of class structure, music selection, and technique.
