Leading marketing strategy and execution across several established business entities, ensuring each maintains a strong market presence while supporting growth, positioning, and commercial objectives in complex, project-driven environments.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute marketing strategies tailored to each business entity and market segment
- Lead brand positioning, messaging, and communication frameworks across entities
- Oversee digital marketing, content, communications, PR, and performance campaigns
- Drive lead generation and pipeline support in coordination with commercial teams
- Support bids, proposals, presentations, and high-value client engagements
- Manage marketing budgets, planning, and performance reporting
- Coordinate internal teams and external agencies to deliver high-quality outputs
- Ensure marketing activities align with business priorities and market realities
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and campaign effectiveness
- Establish structured marketing processes, governance, and reporting
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline
- 8+ years of progressive marketing experience, including senior leadership exposure
- Experience supporting B2B or project-based organizations
- Strong understanding of strategic marketing, demand generation, and positioning
- Proven ability to operate across multiple business units or entities
- Experience managing agencies, consultants, and cross-functional stakeholders
- High level of commercial awareness and business judgment
- Excellent written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills
