Job Description

Job Purpose

The Group Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist manages assigned end-to-end talent acquisition across AMICO markets and corporate functions, with direct responsibility for recruitment within AMICO's Egypt operations. Working closely with the Group Talent Acquisition Manager, country HR teams and hiring managers, the role translates approved hiring needs into recruitment plans, secures qualified talent, provides accurate recruitment reporting, and ensures consistent hiring and employee-lifecycle practices aligned with AMICO standards and business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Planning & Stakeholder Partnership

  • Partner with the Group Talent Acquisition Manager, country HR teams and hiring managers to review approved hiring needs and translate them into prioritized recruitment plans covering target profiles, sourcing approaches, selection stages and timelines.
  • Conduct structured vacancy-intake meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements, success criteria, assessment methods, responsibilities and target hiring dates.
  • Participate in monthly and quarterly recruitment planning reviews, monitor demand against plan, identify hiring risks or market constraints, and recommend timely corrective action

Talent Acquisition Delivery

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned vacancies across AMICO markets and corporate functions, including the full Egypt recruitment portfolio, from approved requisition through offer acceptance and onboarding handover.
  • Develop and execute role-specific sourcing strategies using internal talent, job platforms, professional networks, referrals, recruitment agencies and other relevant channels.
  • Source, engage, screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications, motivation, experience and organizational fit against agreed criteria.
  • Coordinate technical and management interviews, secure timely feedback and decisions, and present evidence-based candidate recommendations.
  • Prepare and coordinate employment offers within approved parameters, maintain professional candidate communication, and monitor acceptance and joining status.
  • Deliver high-volume campaigns and targeted searches for critical or difficult-to-fill roles as assigned by the Group Talent Acquisition Manager

Recruitment Reporting, Systems & Governance

  • Prepare and submit complete, accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and ad hoc recruitment reports, as requested by the Group Talent Acquisition Manager, covering recruitment-plan progress, vacancy status, pipeline health, time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, offers and hiring outcomes.
  • Maintain current and accurate vacancy, candidate, interview-feedback and hiring data in the Applicant Tracking System and other approved HR platforms.
  • Analyze recruitment data, highlight delays, trends and bottlenecks, and recommend practical actions to improve delivery and pipeline quality.
  • Apply AMICO recruitment standards, approval requirements and applicable local employment requirements across all assigned recruitment activities.

Onboarding, Probation & Offboarding

  • Coordinate the recruitment-to-onboarding handover and pre-joining follow-up, ensuring required hiring records and documents are complete and joining status is confirmed.
  • Track probation-review milestones for new hires, follow up with managers and HR on timely feedback and decisions, and accurately record confirmation, extension or exit outcomes.
  • Coordinate defined offboarding feedback activities for the assigned scope, including employee and manager questionnaires and HR exit interviews as applicable, and consolidate exit data and themes for reporting.

Employer Branding & Talent Pipelines

  • Execute employer-branding and talent-attraction initiatives across AMICO markets and Egypt, including career fairs, graduate recruitment and targeted campaigns.
  • Build relationships with universities, professional communities and external talent sources, and maintain pipelines for recurring, critical and anticipated roles.
  • Provide talent-market insights on candidate availability, compensation expectations, competitor activity and recruitment trends to inform hiring plans and sourcing decisions.

Qualifications - Required (Must Have)

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on, end-to-end Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience in a multinational, regional or structured corporate environment.
  • Demonstrated experience independently managing multi-country or regional recruitment and partnering with geographically dispersed stakeholders.
  • Proven experience recruiting across functions and seniority levels, including specialized and difficult-to-fill positions
  • Advanced candidate sourcing, talent mapping and structured interviewing skills.
  • Strong recruitment planning, stakeholder management and prioritization skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Proficiency in Excel or comparable tools for recruitment reporting and data analysis.
  • Strong command of English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent vacancies and deadlines across countries, and functions.
