Group Talent Acquisition Specialist (GCC experience)

Connectalents is hiring a Group Talent Acquisition Specialist (GCC experience) for a leading industrial manufacturing and steel fabrication group specializing in structural steel, piping, and other heavy fabrication solutions.

Job Role

Manage end-to-end recruitment for professional and senior-level roles.

Source, screen, and assess candidates through various recruitment channels.

Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure effective hiring.

Manage high-volume recruitment across Egypt and GCC markets, particularly KSA.

Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future vacancies.

Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding with relevant stakeholders.

Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

5–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition

Proven experience in end-to-end and high-volume recruitment.

Strong recruitment experience across Egypt and GCC, particularly KSA.

Experience recruiting for professional and senior-level positions.

Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills, particularly with hiring managers.

Excellent command of English.
