Job Responsibilities:
Develop strategies and tactics alongside other company executives and staff to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door.
Plan marketing and branding objectives and ensure brand messages are consistent.
Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis.
Engage consumers on social media by produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups.
Collaborate with sales and sourcing to develop strategic partnership/relationships activities with key industry players, agencies and vendors and implement the execution framework and strategic plan on identified opportunities.
Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.
Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners, ads to hard copy brochures and case studies.
Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.
Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
Develop and lead a marketing team that will develop and execute new concepts, business models, channels and partners to position business as innovator and leader.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree inmarketing, business administration orany relevant field.
Experience building complex marketing programs and reporting on the results.
Exposure to digital and direct response marketing.
Competence as a creative writer with an eye for great emails and landing pages.
Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking and project management skills.
