Growth Director

Dubai based - are you interested and wanting to move to UAE

Sector experience required - FX / CFD's, high risk regulated Space eg gambling, i-gaming

We've partnered with an ambitious fast-moving global FX/CFD's organisation working across global markets. This role is located in Dubai, UAE.

You'll lead the full growth engineperformance marketing, CRM, Customer lifecycle - driving user acquisition, activation, and revenue at pace. You will lead teams, set the frameworks, systems and strategies, using data, testing performance and insights to guide the data driven decisions.

An excellent knowledge and involvement in leading across customer acquisition and customer lifecycle is vital in this position as you will set the strategy and lead your team to meet business goals.

We are looking for a Head of Growth, preferably very experienced in FX & CFD's sector.

Also consideringhigh risk regulated sectors such as gambling,i-gaming or Crypto.

What You'll Do

  • Manage a large team of marketers
  • Lead on global performance strategy, execution and optimisation across Meta, Google, Programmatic, Display & Affiliates.
  • Lead optimisation across the full funnel: acquisition KYC deposit first trade.
  • Lead CRM, automation, and lifecycle journeys to boost activation and retention.
  • Lead SEO and organic growth strategy for high-intent trading keywords.
  • Lead regional marketing teams and enhance partner, IB, affiliate & KOL performance.
  • Build growth dashboards, attribution models, forecasts & KPI reporting.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Product & Compliance to deliver high-impact campaigns.

What You Bring

5+ years in growth or performance marketing, including 3 years plus at senior management level.

Significant growth experience in ideally FX/CFD business.

  • Strong man management experience, leading a large team
  • Proven success scaling acquisition across global markets and partner ecosystems.
  • Strong skills in life cycle marketing, CRM, performance marketing and funnel optimisation.
  • Experience managing multi-market teams and significant budgets.
  • Data-driven, commercial, and comfortable owning KPIs and growth strategy.
