We're looking for a Growth Executive to help drive revenue at swftbox. This role is for someone early in their career (12 years in) who's sales hungry, tech-curious, and not waiting around for things to be handed to them.
You'll work a mix of inbound and outbound leads, speak to fast-growing e-commerce brands, and help them figure out whether swftbox is the right fit. Inbound leads help, but they're not a crutch. If you're the kind of person who likes building momentum instead of waiting for perfect conditions, you'll do well here.
Compensation: Basic salary + performance-based incentives tied directly to what you close.
What You'll Do
Work both inbound and outbound to generate and close new business
Follow up with inbound leads quickly and move the right ones forward
Proactively source and chase your own outbound opportunities
Talk to e-commerce brands about how they currently ship, fulfill, and scale
Run discovery calls that focus on understanding problems, not pitching features
Demo swftbox in a way that makes sense for each merchant's setup
Explain how our tech fits into Shopify, WooCommerce, and similar platforms
Recommend the right solution based on volume, ops complexity, and growth plans
Keep your pipeline clean and up to date in the CRM
Hit monthly targets and take full ownership of your numbers
Work closely with onboarding and ops teams to make sure new partners launch smoothly
What We're Looking For
12 years experience in a sales, growth, or commercial role
Strong interest in tech, SaaS, and how modern platforms actually work
Basic understanding of e-commerce and platforms like Shopify or WooCommerce
A proactive, go-getter mindset, you don't wait to be pushed
Comfortable reaching out to prospects and following up until you get an answer
Curious, coachable, and quick to learn
Confident talking to founders and operators, even early in your career
Organized and able to manage your own pipeline and follow-ups
Strong English communication skills; Arabic is a plus
Motivated by performance and growth, not just a job title
