Role Summary
You will be part of the Core Growth Team at AstraTech. Your key focus will be on our core lending products including CashNow, SNPL, EasyCash and Installment Cards.
You will play a critical role in executing CRM campaigns, conducting ad hoc analysis, and leveraging marketing automation tools to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
You will work with both third-party platforms and in-house CRM systems, using data analytics and SQL to optimize growth efforts. You will work closely with all members of the growth team to gather, track, and analyze data from a variety of sources, including first party data, MMPs, CRM analytics, and much more.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement growth strategies to increase user acquisition, retention, and revenue for the Botim app.
- Leverage data-driven insights and industry trends to optimize current campaigns and identify new growth opportunities.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, patterns, and customer behaviors that inform growth strategies.
- Collaborate with product team to handle product-led growth initiatives like cross-selling, app real estate maintenance, etc
- Execute and manage lifecycle marketing campaigns via third party tools like Moengage, Braze, etc and in-house CRM systems
- Create and segment customer lists for targeted email, SMS, and push notification campaigns.
- A/B test messaging, timing, and audience segmentation for improved results.
- Using SQL/Python to automate reports, tasks and procedures for the growth team
- Develop innovative experiment ideas to test hypotheses and drive business growth.
- Provide data-driven suggestions and actionable insights to enhance user engagement, improve conversion rates, and support strategic initiatives.
- Continuously monitor market trends, user behavior, and competitor activity to adapt and refine growth strategies accordingly.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, mathematics, computer science or related field
- Previous experience in similar industry is definitely advantageous.
- 3-5 years of experience in data analytics/data science field
- Strong analytical and data visualization skills
- Highly Proficient with SQL. Python knowledge is a plus
- Preferred previous experience with analytics and martech tools such as MoEngage, Braze, Appsflyer, Adjust, Google Analytics, Tableau, etc
- Understanding of growth channels and strategies.
- Strong data visualization skills. Experience creating dashboards
- Attention to detail balanced with swift execution.
