Job Description

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Growth manager to lead the development and growth of Octane's verticals. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy, building a high-performance team, and driving significant revenue generation

Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop a comprehensive business plan for the Octane revenue streams, including market research, competitor analysis, and financial projections.
  • Define the target customer segment and develop a clear value proposition.
  • Craft a go-to-market strategy, including pricing, sales channels, and marketing initiatives.

Team Leadership:

  • Build and lead a high-performance team across sales, operations, and customer support.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.

Sales & Growth:

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Oversee the sales team and set ambitious yet achievable sales targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement.

Financial Management:

  • Work closely with the finance team to develop and manage the budget for the new revenue stream.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including product, marketing, customer service & finance.
  • Communicate effectively with the leadership team on progress, challenges & opportunities.
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with vendors and suppliers.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-6 years of experience in a leadership role within the B2B space, preferably in a similar growth-oriented environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong understanding of business development principles.
  • Experience in building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Data-driven and analytical mindset.
  • Passion for innovation and exceeding customer expectations.
