About the RoleWe are looking for a results-oriented Growth Marketing & Client Engagement Manager to drive client acquisition and strengthen engagement through strategic outreach and digital marketing initiatives.
This role combines growth marketing, relationship building, and business development, focusing on identifying potential clients, nurturing relationships, and converting prospects into qualified business opportunities.
You will play a key role in expanding our client pipeline using LinkedIn, email marketing, and structured marketing funnels while working closely with leadership to support business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Outreach- Identify and research target clients and market segments
- Execute outbound outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and digital channels
- Initiate conversations and nurture relationships with prospects
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for leadership teams
Marketing Funnels & Campaign Management- Build and optimize marketing funnels and nurturing workflows
- Manage email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp or similar tools)
- Improve funnel performance and conversion rates through testing and optimization
Client Engagement- Maintain consistent communication with prospects and leads
- Develop compelling messaging aligned with client needs
- Ensure structured follow-ups and long-term relationship nurturing
Business Development Support- Identify partnership and collaboration opportunities
- Support proposal creation and client pitches
- Contribute to positioning and outreach strategy improvements
Analytics & Performance Tracking- Monitor outreach KPIs, response rates, and conversions
- Maintain CRM and lead tracking systems
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness
RequirementsExperience- Minimum 3 years of experience in growth marketing, client engagement, business development, or lead generation
- Proven track record in client acquisition and proactive outreach
- Experience supporting sales or founder-led business development activities
Technical Skills- LinkedIn outreach and social selling experience
- Email marketing platforms (Mailchimp or similar)
- Understanding of marketing funnels and customer journeys
- CRM or lead management tools experience
