About the role
We're looking for a full-stack, hands-on Head of Marketing (Growth) to build and scale a high-performance growth engine. You'll own the strategy and execution across acquisition, conversion, and lifecycleworking closely with Product, Data, and Operations to drive sustainable growth.
This is a leadership role, but not a slide-only role. You will be expected to be deep in performance, deep in funnel, and deep in numbers.
What you'll do
- Own paid acquisition strategy and performance across channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and other scalable sources).
- Lead conversion optimization across web + app journeys (landing pages, onboarding, checkout, payment, trust moments).
- Build lifecycle / CRM growth: onboarding, activation, retention, win-back, upsell journeys (push/in-app/email/WhatsApp where applicable).
- Establish a structured test-and-learn operating system: hypotheses, creative testing, audience testing, landing experiments, measurement, and scale.
- Develop eZhire's brand growth and messaging clarity so our differentiation is instantly understood.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product & Ops to align growth with availability, service quality, pricing, and customer experience.
- Lead and grow a high-output team (in-house + agencies), with clear accountability and performance standards.

Basic qualifications
- 8+ years in growth/performance marketing, with 3+ years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in B2C app-based acquisition (you've owned budgets and results)
- Strong background in tech-driven consumer businesses (e.g., food delivery, on-demand services, marketplaces, subscription apps)
- Demonstrated ability to improve CAC, conversion, and retention using data + experimentation
- Strong analytical fluency: attribution concepts, cohorts, funnel analysis, incrementality mindset
- Experience building/leading teams and managing agencies with high standards
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in mobility / rental / travel / subscription models
- Strong product marketing instincts (positioning, segmentation, messaging frameworks)
- Familiarity with tools like GA4, AppsFlyer/Adjust, CRM platforms, experimentation tools, session replay/UX analytics
- Experience scaling growth in the UAE/GCC market
- Strong creative testing playbook (angles, hooks, formats, iteration loops)
