Job Summary:
The Growth Marketing Manager (In-House) will own patient acquisition growth end-to-end, ensuring marketing investment translates into real clinic bookings. This role is responsible for acquisition strategy, budget allocation, performance oversight, and tracking outcomes from click to clinic visit. The successful candidate will act as the internal owner of growth, turning data into decisions while ensuring marketing remains ethical, personal, and healthcare-appropriate.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and manage patient acquisition strategy across paid search, SEO, and conversion optimisation.
• Decide which specialties, services, and locations to prioritise for growth based on performance and capacity.
• Allocate and optimise marketing budgets to ensure efficient CPA and booking outcomes.
• Manage and challenge the performance marketing agency, ensuring accountability and results.
• Own tracking and reporting from initial click through to booking and clinic attendance.
• Monitor CPA, conversion rates, and booking quality, identifying and resolving performance gaps.
• Work closely with operations and clinic teams to improve booking flow, conversion, and show-up rates.
• Ensure all marketing activity complies with ethical standards and healthcare regulations.
• Analyse acquisition data, identify trends and risks, and recommend improvements to drive sustainable growth.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the marketing and growth function.
• Perform other related duties as required.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data, or a related field.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and reporting systems.
• Minimum 5 years experience in growth, performance, or acquisition marketing.
• Proven experience managing paid acquisition channels and agency partners.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Commercial mindset with clear ownership of performance and outcomes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Preferred: Experience in healthcare or regulated industries.
Working Days: Monday to Friday.
Working Hours: 11 am to 7 PM Cairo Time.
