Traffix ADV is a leading Mobile Digital Out-of-Home (MDOOH) advertising company based in Egypt. By utilizing mobile digital billboard trucks, Traffix ADV transforms city streets into impactful media platforms, delivering brand messages directly to audiences in vibrant urban settings. With campaigns that feature strategic high-traffic routes, repeated daily exposure, geo-targeted mobility, and large-format LED screens, Traffix ADV maximizes advertising visibility. The company specializes in innovative marketing solutions, turning movement into a powerful tool for impactful brand communication.

Job Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen Traffix's online presence across digital platforms, ensuring high visibility, consistent branding, and strong market positioning.

• Oversee and execute digital marketing strategies across all social media platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Manage company branding and website content, maintaining consistency, quality, and up-to-date brand communication.

• Own and drive revenue growth through marketing channels, ensuring a direct impact on business performance.

• Be responsible for generating qualified leads and actively contributing to deal closures in collaboration with the BDM.

• Review, approve, and upload clients advertising content on the Traffix screens system with accuracy and timeliness.

• Coordinate with the creative team and relevant specialists to handle client requests, including campaign modifications and new creative development.

• Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager to ensure seamless campaign launch, execution, and closure with maximum efficiency.

• Assist in preparing and optimizing campaign performance reports (reach, duration, impressions, and frequency) before submission to the BDM for client reporting.

• Supervise and approve all campaign visuals (photos and videos), ensuring high-quality standards before final delivery to the BDM.

• Support the Business Development Manager (BDM) in client meetings, qualified calls, and deal closures.

• Build and manage revenue-driven partnerships, including marketing agencies, resellers, and strategic collaborators.

• Identify, develop, and execute strategic collaborations that generate high-quality leads and expand business opportunities.

*Compensation*

Base Salary

• EGP 25,000 - 30,000 per month

*Commission & Incentives*

Shared Campaigns (Quarterly)

• 1st Deal: 5% commission

• 2nd Deal: 7% commission

• 3rd Deal & above: 10% commission

Exclusive Campaign Bonuses

• 1st Deal: EGP 70,000

• 2nd Deal: EGP 80,000

• 3rd Deal & above: EGP 90,000

*Renewals*

• 50% of the applicable commission will be granted on renewed contracts

*Company Provisions*

• The company may provide a mobile line and/or laptop if required

• After a 6-month probation period, a revised contract will be issued based on performance, including social insurance

• Due to the importance of this role, the employee is required to sign an NDA to ensure full confidentiality of company and client information.
