Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role based in Cairo, Egypt, with opportunities to work from home and upgrade to full-time. The Marketing and Sales Associate will be responsible for building relationships with prospective students and their families, providing advice on studying abroad, and managing inquiries. The role also involves developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, communication, market research, conducting training sessions for prospects, and ensuring superior customer service to deliver an exceptional experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with students and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Sales techniques and the ability to meet targets and close leads.
• Experience in Sales & Marketing, including the development and execution of marketing strategies.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple inquiries and tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with educational consulting or international education is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field is preferred.
• Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills are advantageous.
• The ability to speak in public and make a presentation or social media reels is an edge skill.
• Social media management and digital marketing skills, including content creation.
