Job Description

  • Familiarity with the Government Resource Planning (GRP) system Assets Track
  • A minimum of two (2) years experience using GRP asset-related screens
  • Ability to work with the SPAN Assets Tracking System integrated with the GRP system
  • Knowledge of preparing and reviewing periodic asset movement reports
  • Comprehensive understanding of the asset lifecycle process
  • Full knowledge of procedures for tracking expired assets
  • Knowledge of asset maintenance management through the GRP system
  • Familiarity with expired asset valuation mechanisms
  • Experience in communication and coordination with the technical support team (Assets Track)
  • Knowledge of periodic and annual inventory procedures and result analysis
  • Awareness of asset-related risk management requirements
