Job Title: GSE Quality Inspector
Job Purpose:
Ensure maintenance and repair activities performed on Ground Support Equipment meet required quality standards, manufacturer specifications and operational safety requirements before equipment is released back into service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Inspect completed GSE maintenance and repair work to verify compliance with technical standards.
- Conduct functional testing of equipment after maintenance activities.
- Verify repairs meet manufacturer specifications and safety requirements.
- Identify defects, nonconformities or incomplete repairs and recommend corrective actions.
- Review job cards, maintenance documentation and inspection reports for accuracy.
- Maintain inspection records and quality documentation.
- Support investigations related to equipment failures or maintenance quality issues.
- Promote adherence to quality control procedures and safety standards.
- Provide feedback to maintenance teams to improve repair quality and reliability.
Education & Experience
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in GSE maintenance, heavy equipment maintenance or technical inspection.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems. # LI-DNI
