A little taste of your day-to-day
Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Provide personalized service to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate guest records and prepare reports as required.
- Assist in implementing guest engagement programs to increase satisfaction and loyalty.
- Uphold the hotel's service standards and company values at all times.
What We Need From You
- Previous experience in front office, guest relations, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
- Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.
