Role Description

This full-time on-site role as a Guest Relation Agent & Front Office Agent is based in Hurghada. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting guests, ensuring their satisfaction throughout their stay, and managing front office duties such as check-ins and check-outs efficiently. The role also involves addressing guest inquiries, providing personalized experiences, and maintaining a high standard of service to enhance guest relations and satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in Guest Relations and Customer Satisfaction, ensuring the highest levels of care and comfort for guests.
  • Experience in Receptionist Duties, including check-ins, check-outs, and handling guest inquiries professionally.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are advantageous.
  • Hospitality experience, preferably in luxury or 5-star establishments, is a plus.
  • A warm, friendly demeanor and a commitment to upholding the values of Oberoi's hospitality philosophy.
