- Greets and welcomes visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Ensures all visitors sign in and are directed to the appropriate person or department.
- Maintains a clean and organized reception area.
- Answers and directs incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
- Takes and relays messages accurately and efficiently.
- Handles inquiries and provides information about the company and its services.
- Performs clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
- Manages incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assists with scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Maintains office supplies and ensures inventory is stocked.
- Updates and maintains contact lists and databases.
- Assists in maintaining records, reports, and other documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and staff
- Addresses and resolves any customer concerns or escalates them to the appropriate department.
- Other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.
Skills and Abilities:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience:
2 years experience in administrative and customer service work.
Education:
High school diploma or higher; additional certification in Office Management is preferred.
Language:
Excellent command of oral and written English and Arabic.
