Job Description

  1. Greets and welcomes visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  2. Ensures all visitors sign in and are directed to the appropriate person or department.
  3. Maintains a clean and organized reception area.
  4. Answers and directs incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
  5. Takes and relays messages accurately and efficiently.
  6. Handles inquiries and provides information about the company and its services.
  7. Performs clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
  8. Manages incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  9. Assists with scheduling appointments and meetings.
  10. Maintains office supplies and ensures inventory is stocked.
  11. Updates and maintains contact lists and databases.
  12. Assists in maintaining records, reports, and other documentation.
  13. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and staff
  14. Addresses and resolves any customer concerns or escalates them to the appropriate department.
  15. Other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Experience:

2 years experience in administrative and customer service work.

Education:

High school diploma or higher; additional certification in Office Management is preferred.

Language:

Excellent command of oral and written English and Arabic.
