At Zulal Wellness Resort, we are looking for a polished and attentive Guest Experience Executive to deliver bespoke guest experiences with elegance and discretion. As a key brand ambassador, you will anticipate guest needs, personalize each interaction, and create memorable moments that embody the resort's luxury standards and commitment to exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP and in-house guests, delivering personalized, seamless, and memorable wellness experiences
- Welcome guests with warmth and authenticity, supporting check-in and check-out processes and providing a comprehensive resort orientation
- Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns with professionalism, empathy, and discretion
- Coordinate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Health & Wellness, and other departments to ensure consistent service excellence
- Manage guest feedback, concerns, and special requests efficiently, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
- Maintain accurate guest profiles, preferences, and interaction records within the system
- Support guest communication before, during, and after the stay to enhance engagement and satisfaction
- Promote resort services, wellness programs, and facilities to enrich the overall guest journey
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
- Minimum of 12 years experience in Guest Relations or Front Office, preferably within a luxury or wellness resort environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural passion for service
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a guest-centric mindset
- Impeccable grooming, professional presence, and a positive attitude
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a strong advantage
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
