Guest Relations Manager

Alameda Healthcare, established in 1999, is a leading healthcare provider headed by Dr. Fahad Salah Khater. With a robust network that includes four tertiary care hospitals in Cairo, two of which are under construction, Alameda Healthcare will offer a total capacity of 890 beds. The network also comprises facilities in Kuwait and London, along with outpatient clinics, diagnostic centers, specialist centers, pharmacies, and a rehabilitation center. This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Relations Manager located in Cairo, Egypt. The Guest Relations Manager will oversee guest interactions to ensure exceptional customer service, address inquiries and concerns, and enhance customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing front office operations, training staff to deliver high-quality service, and implementing procedures to improve the guest experience. The role also requires liaising with other departments to address guests needs effectively and ensure smooth operational workflows.

• Strong expertise in Guest Relations and Customer Service
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and handling customer concerns
• Proficiency in Training and mentoring staff to uphold service excellence
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Prior experience in a healthcare or hospitality setting is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
