This is a part-time hybrid role for a Guest Relations Manager based in Dubai, with the option for occasional remote work. The Guest Relations Manager will oversee and enhance client experiences, address inquiries, and resolve concerns to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include building strong relationships, managing client communications, overseeing service delivery, and conducting training sessions to maintain exceptional service standards. The role requires a proactive and customer-focused approach to effectively represent Pulse Healthcare Solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Guest Relations and Customer Service
  • Strong Communication and Customer Satisfaction management skills
  • Ability to design and conduct Training sessions for staff or clients
  • A proactive mindset and excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with the healthcare or long-term care industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
