Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Relations Officer based inTaba. The Guest Relations Officer will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences by addressing guests inquiries, managing requests, resolving complaints, and offering personalized services to meet their needs. The role will also involve coordinating with other departments to deliver seamless service, overseeing reception duties, and maintaining a welcoming and professional environment for all guests.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Guest Relations and a strong track record in ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Experience with Receptionist Duties in a hospitality setting
  • Ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner
  • Multilingual proficiency is preferred, especially in English and additional languages
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field is advantageous
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
