Summary-

As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to hotel guests, handling inquiries and requests, and ensuring a positive guest experience throughout their stay.

Job Responsibility-

  • Welcome guests upon their arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
  • Address guests inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
  • Process payments, handle reservations, and update guest information in the system
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby

Candidate Requirements-

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in using hotel management software and MS Office applications
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays
