Summary-
As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to hotel guests, handling inquiries and requests, and ensuring a positive guest experience throughout their stay.
Job Responsibility-
- Welcome guests upon their arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Address guests inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Process payments, handle reservations, and update guest information in the system
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby
Candidate Requirements-
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in using hotel management software and MS Office applications
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays
