Guest Services Executive - SPA to join
Jumeirah Saadiyat Island.
The Main Duties And Responsibilities Of This Role Include
- Deliver a unique and outstanding experience to all guests, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor in every interaction.
- Welcome and orient guests, providing efficient and effective guest service at all times.
- Possess and maintain in-depth knowledge of spa services, treatments, facilities, and products, addressing all guest inquiries accurately.
- Guide, promote, and upsell spa services and products where appropriate, contributing to increased revenue and repeat business.
- Handle bookings, scheduling, and billing efficiently, using the relevant systems and applications.
- Actively manage guest feedback and requests, ensuring prompt and professional resolution to maintain high satisfaction levels
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Higher Secondary School certificate or Country specific certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to lift and move heavy luggage and stand for long periods of time
- Team Player with accuracy and attention to detail
- Reliable, Honest and Sincere showing high level of energy
