The Role

As a Gym Inspector cum Spa Receptionist, you will play a dual-function position that ensures an exceptional wellness experience for our guests. You will maintain the safety, cleanliness, and operational readiness of the fitness center while also delivering warm, efficient, and professional service at the spa reception. Your role contributes directly to creating a seamless and welcoming atmosphere that reflects Hyatt's commitment to care and wellbeing.

Who You Are

Previous experience in spa, fitness, recreation, or hospitality operations is preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a guestfocused mindset.

Ability to multitask and manage both gym inspection and reception duties efficiently.

High attention to detail, with a commitment to cleanliness and safety standards.

Professional appearance, positive attitude, and the ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment.

Basic knowledge of fitness equipment or wellness environments is an advantage.
