Job Summary
The Gym Instructor is responsible for delivering safe, engaging, and professional fitness services to guests and residents. The role focuses on providing personalized workout guidance, maintaining gym facilities, ensuring safety standards, and enhancing overall guest wellness experience in line with Salayel Hospitality service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide guests with safe and effective workout routines
- Conduct gym orientations and basic fitness assessments
- Monitor proper equipment usage and ensure guest safety
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of gym and equipment
- Provide professional, friendly service to enhance guest experience
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hotel standards
Qualifications & Experience
- Certified Gym Instructor / Personal Trainer (REPs, NASM, ACE, or equivalent preferred)
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in a hotel, resort, wellness center, or fitness club
- Strong knowledge of fitness training, exercise techniques, and injury prevention
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a professional appearance
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Basic first aid & CPR certification (preferred)
