Key Responsibilities
- Deliver practical and theoretical hair education sessions.
- Demonstrate up-to-date hair techniques in styling, cutting, coloring, and treatments.
- Assess trainees skills and provide meaningful feedback to support improvement.
- Develop lesson plans and customize training methods for various learning needs.
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and professional standards are maintained at all times.
- Stay informed about industry trends and integrate innovative techniques into training.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and inspiring learning atmosphere.
Must-Have Requirements
- Certified qualification in hairdressing/cosmetology or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a hair professional.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in teaching or training.
- Proficiency in the latest hair techniques and safety standards.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
Nice-to-Have Requirements
- Experience in adult learning or curriculum development.
- Familiarity with digital teaching or e-learning tools.
- Arabic language skills.
- Prior experience in a training institute.
- Recognition or participation in hairdressing competitions.
