Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Hairdresser for a full-time, on-site role based in Tirana, Albania. The Hairdresser will be responsible for cutting, styling, and treating clients hair while providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with clients to recommend appropriate hairstyles, performing hair treatments, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards, and ensuring client satisfaction. Staying updated on the latest trends and techniques will also form an integral part of this role.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Hair Styling and Hair Cutting
• Knowledge of Hair Care and related treatments
• Strong background in Cosmetology
• Excellent Customer Service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
• Professional certification in Hairdressing or Cosmetology is an advantage
• Experience in the beauty industry is a plus
• Open to continuous learning — training provided by expert Italian stylists

• Salary: €800–€1,000 (based on experience) per month
